The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Meta Ads Manager, and a collaborative spirit for working with creative teams. Office presence in Greater Kailash, New Delhi is required for 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup Execution
  • Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Execute different campaign types (conversion, lead gen, traffic, retargeting, etc.)
  • Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, and event mapping
• Analytics Reporting
  • Pull and analyze performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Build regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Creative Briefing
  • Translate performance data into clear creative briefs
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
  • Continuously iterate based on what’s working (hooks, formats, messaging)
• Budgeting Scaling
  • Manage daily and monthly ad spends efficiently
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Account Management
  • Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain structured ad account setup and naming conventions
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices

Qualifications
