Job summary

Pratibha Syntex Ltd. is seeking a Merchandiser in Indore to support export merchandising activities, including buyer coordination, sample development, costing, and order execution.

You will collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely shipment and effective communication throughout the order cycle. The role requires a basic understanding of garment manufacturing and export merchandising processes, along with strong communication and MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant merchandising experience preferred.
• Freshers with relevant academic knowledge or internship may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and internal teams for sampling and order requirements.
• Support sample development and follow up on sample approvals.
• Assist in costing and preparation of order-related information.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other internal teams for order execution.
• Follow up on production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status and requirements.
• Assist in tracking fabrics, trims, samples, and other order-related activities.
• Maintain merchandising records, reports, and order-related documentation.
• Support timely shipment and delivery of export orders.
• Identify delays or issues and elevate to the reporting manager.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated and followed throughout the order cycle.

About the Role

The role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and effective communication throughout the merchandising process.
