Job summary

Mafatlal Industries in Gujarat seeks a proactive Merchandising professional to manage end-to-end merchandising activities and coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.

The role requires frequent PAN India travel to partners and suppliers, ensuring accurate order sheets and documentation, and supporting product development and sample management. A textile engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Must be willing to undertake frequent PAN India travel based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, PPC, Sampling, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare order sheets and maintain merchandising documentation.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely production schedules.
• Follow up on sampling, lab dips, approvals, and production status.
• Assist in product development and sample management.
• Maintain MIS reports related to orders, production, and sampling.
• Ensure product specifications are communicated to all departments.
• Visit garment manufacturers and partners across India as required.
• Travel PAN India for order follow-ups and business coordination.
• Coordinate internally to resolve production and execution issues.
