Job summary

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. in Maheshtala, South Kolkata invites an experienced Merchandiser Apparel Exports to join its growing team. You will drive end-to-end export merchandising, coordinate with international buyers, and manage costing, sampling, TNA calendars, and production follow-up.

The role requires hands-on experience with export processes, strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to independently manage multiple styles and orders in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Apparel/Garment Export Merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and export processes.
• Hands-on experience in costing, sampling, buyer approvals and order execution.
• Familiar with fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery and garment construction.
• Knowledge of TNA / Critical Path management.
• Experience with international buyers/global brands preferred.
• Kids/Babywear merchandising experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple styles and orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned export orders from order confirmation to final shipment.
• Coordinate with international buyers on orders, specifications, approvals & timelines.
• Handle order sheets, costing, TNA / Time & Action Calendars and merchandising documentation.
• Coordinate product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery & fit approvals.
• Follow up with factories, fabric mills, trim suppliers & vendors.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to meet buyer standards.
• Support vendor coordination, pricing, MOQ & delivery discussions.
• Track pre-production, production, inspection, packing & shipment activities.
• Proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular order status reports and provide updates to management.
