Gokaldas Exports Limited in Bengaluru seeks experienced merchandising professionals to join the Corporate Merchandising team. The role covers end-to-end activities from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts, with focus on cost control, delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years in apparel merchandising, experience in an apparel export house, and a track record of mentoring junior merchandisers. Exposure to Knit & Woven is preferred.

Experience:

6–12 Years

We are looking for experienced Merchandising professionals to join our Corporate Merchandising team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts.
• Independently manage buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, T&A, capacity planning and delivery.
• Handle commercial negotiations and drive cost, quality and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
• Build and strengthen relationships with international buyers and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Lead, mentor and develop Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence and profitability across accounts.

Preferred / Mandatory Profile

• Mandatory: Strong experience in an apparel export house with exposure to international buyer accounts.
• Proven experience in end-to-end merchandising and order execution.
• Experience in managing and mentoring merchandising teams is preferred.
• Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.
• Exposure to both Knit & Woven categories is preferred.
