Job summary

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Designer to join our apparel export team focused on Kidswear and Babywear collections for international markets.

The candidate should understand fashion design, garment construction, fabrics, prints, colours, and trims. Required skills include proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with a strong portfolio in Kidswear design. Freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Textile or Apparel Design.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in fashion/apparel design preferred.
• Freshers with strong portfolio may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for Kidswear and Babywear collections.
• Create fashion sketches, artworks, prints, graphics, and design presentations.
• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, prints, and international market developments.
• Coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams during product development.
• Prepare tech packs, design specifications, and artwork details.
• Support sample development and make design modifications based on feedback.

Job Summary

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Designer to join our growing apparel export team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion design, garment construction, fabrics, prints, colours, and trims, with an interest in developing trend-driven Kidswear & Babywear collections for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for Kidswear and Babywear collections.
• Create fashion sketches, artworks, prints, graphics, and design presentations.
• Research current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints, and international market developments.
• Coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams during product development.
• Assist in fabric, trim, print, colour, and embellishment selection.
• Prepare tech packs, design specifications, and artwork details.
• Support sample development and make design modifications based on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet buyer requirements, quality standards, and production feasibility.
• Maintain organized records of designs, artworks, samples, and specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fashion design and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Good understanding of fabrics, prints, colours, trims, and garment details.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Good attention to detail and understanding of design aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel export environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Kidswear/Babywear design will be an added advantage.

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in fashion/apparel design preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant educational background may also be considered.
