The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with an understanding of export processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate with international buyers to understand their requirements, specifications, and order details.
• 2. Follow up on samples, quotations, pricing, order quantities, and delivery timelines.
• 3. Coordinate with factories, vendors, and suppliers regarding production schedules, product quality, and order status.
• 4. Prepare, verify, and maintain export-related documentation and records.
• 5. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• 6. Track order progress and provide regular updates to buyers and relevant internal teams.
• 7. Handle buyer queries, resolve coordination issues, and ensure timely communication throughout the order cycle.
• 8. Assist in price negotiations, cost calculations, and order confirmations.
• 9. Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, shipment details, and other relevant documents.
• 10. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination to meet customer expectations and business deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic to intermediate functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience in export merchandising, international trade, sourcing, or supply chain coordination will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of garments, textiles, handicrafts, or similar export-oriented industries is preferred but not mandatory.
