Role & responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works at project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and design teams for smooth MEPF integration.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules for MEPF activities.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEPF materials, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients for execution and approvals.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEPF systems.
• Ensure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and site safety regulations.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to avoid project delays.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of BOQs, material consumption, work progress, and project documentation.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings and project closeout documents.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budget variations related to MEPF works.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
