Job summary

Svamitva Infra in Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to lead MEP project execution on site. You will conduct feasibility studies, review designs, prepare BOQ, and manage vendors and safety compliance.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to drive quality, risk assessment, and successful handover with complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in MEP project execution and on-site management.
• Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Review designs and detailed engineering for MEP per requirements and local norms.
• Prepare Master BOQ and related documents, budgets and quantities.
• Oversee on-site and off-site vendors and product inspections.
• Verify material documentation and vendor certificates.
• Review supplier inspection procedures and qualifications.
• Plan and oversee startup, testing and commissioning; perform risk assessment.
• Attend site meetings and maintain health and safety measures during and post-handover.
• Issue non-conformance reports and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements and value engineering.
• Ensure coordination across projects and company objectives.
• Deliver warranties, drawings, manuals, as-built drawings and training to owner.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• 1) Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. Assessment of Prime Cost of execution.
• 2) Review of Designs & detailed Engineering for the portion of MEP as per requirements & meet local bodies norms, NBC & Electrical standards.
• 3) Prepare Master BOQ, Sub BOQ, documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• 4) The control of on-site and off-site vendors, products inspections.
• 5) Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors.
• 6) Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications. Review supplier material certificates.
• 7) Plan and oversee start up, testing and commissioning functions. Perform risk assessment and lock-out requirements.
• 8) The attendance at site and inspection procurement meetings and maintain health and safety measures in work and even after at warranty periods or one year from the date of handing over the Project.
• 9) Issue of non-conformance reports and identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
• 10) Coordinate with management for quality improvements. Value Engineering, Innovations etc.
• 11) Ensure all kinds of coordination, cooperation in execution of Projects / Company objectives.
• 12) Deliver all Warranties, Guarantees, Drawings/ Blueprints, Manuals, As Built and Training to the Owner / In charges.
• 13) Improvement, continuous upgrade of MEP processes/systems.
