Job summary

SJ Contracts Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced MEPF Engineer to lead site execution, coordination, monitoring and documentation of MEPF works. The role requires strong knowledge of MEP systems, billing processes, drawing review and project documentation.

The candidate will handle Electrical Works, ELV, HVAC and Plumbing coordination, plus ensure quality and safety standards on site. 5+ years of relevant experience is expected for project delivery across commercial or infrastructure sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise electrical installation works at site.
• Coordinate ELV systems such as PA, access control, CCTV, BMS.
• Coordinate HVAC activities including AHU and VRF/VRF systems.
• Oversee PHE plumbing coordination and site measurements.
• Review MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants and site teams.
• Maintain and verify project reports, invoices and certification documents.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer responsible for execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, billing processes, drawing review, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Works

• Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installation works at site.
• Coordinate electrical activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Ensure quality and safety standards during execution.

ELV Systems

• Basic understanding and coordination of ELV systems including:
• Public Address (PA)
• Access Control
• Network System
• CCTV
• Building Management System (BMS)

HVAC Works

• For Electrical Background Candidates:
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems required.
• For Mechanical Background Candidates:
• Experience in AHU, VRV/VRF system installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Basic knowledge of fire fighting systems and installation procedures.
• Coordination of firefighting piping and equipment installation.

Plumbing (PHE)

• Knowledge of internal and external plumbing systems.
• Coordination and monitoring of PHE execution works.
• Prepare and verify site measurements.
• Handle billing processes and certification documentation.
• Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.

Drawings & Coordination

• Review MEP drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Required Skills

Qualification
