Job summary

Tata Projects in Ahmedabad on-site MEPF Supervisor leads field execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

You will coordinate design with MEP consultants, raise RFIs, review DBR, drawings and tender documents, monitor procurement, and oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEPF installations.

You will identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and provide value engineering solutions to optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Supervise MEPF systems on site ensuring standards and safety.
• Coordinate design with MEP and other consultants; raise RFIs and ensure resolution.
• Review Design Basis Report, drawings & tender documents.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project scope and schedule.

Requisition Description

• Supervise MEPF systems, checking compliance with standards, and work site safety practices
• Design co-ordination with MEP and other consultants, raise RFIs and ensure resolution
• Review Design Basis Report, drawings & tender documents
• Resolve technical issues related to MEPF systems and optimize resource utilization
• Prepare material specifications and conduct on-site inspections
• Collaborate with MEPF contractors, engineers, and other project teams to ensure seamless execution
• Assists in identification of risks and implementation of mitigation plans
• Monitor the procurement and delivery of MEPF materials and equipment
• Should be well versed with the latest technologies/practices available and provide value engineering solutions
• Track and report on MEPF installation progress and troubleshoot any delays or issues
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEPF systems
