Job summary

Cci Projects is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to coordinate with vendors and contractors on site in Mumbai. The role involves resolving cross-disciplinary coordination issues among MEP, civil, and interior teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will manage changes in scope, ensure timely submission of documentation, and oversee on-site material availability and the commissioning of all MEP systems including plumbing, fire-fighting, STP, electrical,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors, contractors, and teams.
• Ability to resolve coordination issues promptly between MEP, civil, and interior vendors.
• Capable of elevating changes in work to superiors with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for MEP works.
• Attend and resolve coordination issues between MEP and CIVIL/Interior vendors.
• Elevate any changes in work to immediate superior.
• Ensure MEP contractors comply with safety rules set by the company.
• Ensure best quality work without additional cost.
• Ensure submission of all required project documents by MEP vendors.
• Maintain record of available materials on-site as per work schedule.
• Commission all MEP systems/equipment (Plumbing, FF, STP, Electrical, Elevator).

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• MEP (Supervisor) Will coordinate with all vendors/ contractors
• Attend & resolve Coordination issues between all MEP and CIVIL/Interior vendors
• Any changes in work, elevate the same to immediate superior
• Ensure the MEP contractors obey the safety rules set by the company
• Ensure the best quality work without any additional cost
• Ensure that MEP vendors submit all the relevant documents required for the project from time to time.
• Overall record of availability materials at site considering the work schedule
• Commissioning of All MEP (Plumbing, FF, STP, Electrical, Elevator) system/equipment.
