Job summary

Straategic Hrd Consultancy Service in Mysuru seeks an experienced BIM Technician to convert laser scan data into MEP models using Revit and to produce HVAC, plumbing, and electrical BIM models. You will manage point clouds, follow RCP/RCS workflows, and ensure scan-to-BIM standards at LOD 200–LOD 500, coordinating clashes with architectural and structural models.

Qualifications

• Extract 2D drawings, sections & schedules from BIM models.
• BEP knowledge and adherence to project standards.
• Ensure model accuracy based on as-built scan data.
• Autodesk Revit proficiency for model creation and updates.
• Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• Recap for point cloud processing and BIM integration.

Responsibilities

• Convert laser scan/point cloud data into MEP models using Revit.
• Develop HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical BIM models.
• Process point cloud data (E57, LAS) for BIM compatibility.
• Apply RCP/RCS workflows and follow scan-to-BIM standards.
• Meet project LOD requirements (LOD 200–LOD 500).
• Coordinate and clash detect with Architecture/Structure models.
