Job summary

Straategic Hrd Consultancy Service is seeking a BIM modeller to convert laser scan/point cloud data into Architectural Revit models and to create accurate representations of walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, stairs and ceilings.

The role involves working with point cloud data, RCP/RCS workflows, and adhering to BIM standards and modeling guidelines, while producing detailed 2D plans, elevations, and sections and coordinating models with the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Understanding architectural drawings and building components.
• Interest in learning Scan to BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Convert laser scan/point cloud data into Architectural Revit models.
• Model walls/floors/roofs/doors/windows/stairs/ceilings.
• Handle point cloud data and RCP/RCS workflows.
• Ensure BIM standards and modeling guidelines are followed.
• Produce 2D plans, elevations & sections; support model coordination.
