Job summary

Aariha Bim Works Pvt Ltd is seeking a BIM Specialist to join the team in Mumbai. You will work on a central BIM model and support multidisciplinary coordination for building services using Revit.

The role requires handling LOD 100 to LOD 350, creating parametric families, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, capable of teamwork, and familiar with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and core BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with BIM software (Revit) required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a central BIM model from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• BIM tasks for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Electrical disciplines.

Job Description:

Core Competencies:

• Preparation of parametric 3D BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge in creating parametric Revit families as per client specifications.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filter, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, and view range tags.
• Basic knowledge of building services execution and sequences

Responsibilities:

• Working on a central model, working as per element work sets LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• Candidate will be responsible for BIM works of any / multiple of the following disciplines:
• Plumbing
• Fire Fighting
• HVAC + Mechanical
• Electrical
• Documentation Floor wise and wing wise documentation with applying filters.
• MEP Quantity take-off.
• Sheets creation.
• RFI creation and management

Strengths:

• Capable of working in a team.
• Self-Motivated.

Software Skills with Good Experience:

• AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM software solutions like Revit Architecture, and Structure.
• Preliminary Knowledge of Navisworks

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
• English command

Preferred Skills:

• Technical Knowledge & Updated knowledge of new technological advancements.
