Job summary

Straategic Hrd Consultancy Service in Mysuru is seeking a BIM/MEP modeler to convert laser scan data into Revit MEP models and develop HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire protection systems. Responsibilities include handling point cloud data and producing 2D drawings and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have basic Revit-MEP knowledge, a good grasp of MEP systems, AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work in a team with attention to detail. Training in Scan to BIM workflows is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit-MEP.
• Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Learn Scan to BIM workflows.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Convert laser scan/point cloud data into Revit MEP models.
• Model HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Fire protection systems.
• Create 2D drawings, sections and schedules from models.
• Coordinate models with Architecture/Structural teams.
