Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and MEP drawings.
• Prepare actual material requirements based on drawings, BOQs, and project scope.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, material prices, and vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Develop accurate cost estimates covering the complete scope of MEP works.
• Prepare rate analysis and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Handle measurements, billing, RA bills, certifications, and payment documentation.
• Manage both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, including revisions and cost forecasts.
• Track budget vs. actual costs and identify cost variations.
• Prepare documentation for variations, changes, and financial impacts.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure cost control.
