Job summary

RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor MEP to join our MEP team at Head Office. The role focuses on BOQ preparation, measurement, and cost estimation across plumbing, HVAC, LV and electrical systems, ensuring accurate quantity takeoffs and timely billing. Experience in PMC is essential.

Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years in MEP QS, strong coordination with clients and suppliers, and hands-on supervision of MEP works to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) required.
• 3-8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and measurement for MEP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and review BOQs for MEP works.
• Conduct site visits to measure plumbing, HVAC systems, LV/MV panels, electrical installations, fire fighting systems, and other MEP services.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate measurements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BOQ) and estimates for construction projects.
• Provide support during site supervision by ensuring compliance with project requirements.
