Qualifications

• Ability to certify RA bills and manage final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs from tender/GFC drawings.
• Forecast project costs and budgets; analyze cost-to-complete.
• Certify RA bills, subcontractor invoices, and final accounts.
• Track design revisions and document deviation/variation claims.
• Audit material usage and reconcile with wastage targets.

Role & responsibilities

BOQ Preparation: Quantifying materials and creating the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on Tender drawings or Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. Cost Estimation: Running financial forecasting, budgeting, and detailed cost-to-complete analyses. Billing Management: Certifying running account (RA) bills, subcontractor invoices, and handling final account settlements. Variation Claims: Tracking on-site design revisions and documenting deviation/variation claims for client approvals. Material Reconciliation: Conducting regular audits of material consumption against wastage targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum working Experience required: 5 to 7 Years
