Job summary

RRA Project Management is seeking a QS-MEP Engineer to manage BOQ, measurements, and billing for MEP works in the Delhi NCR region. The role requires site measurements, coordination with clients and suppliers, and ensuring accuracy of MEP estimates.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of PMC experience, a Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical fields, and be fluent in English and Hindi. This is a full-time permanent position with a monthly package of 30–40k, based in Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation and quantity estimation for MEP works.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure measurements accuracy.
• Assist in billing and quantity surveyor duties on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and review BOQs for MEP works.
• Conduct site visits to measure plumbing, HVAC systems, LV/MV panels, electrical installations, fire fighting systems, and other MEP services.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate measurements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BOQ) and estimates for construction projects.
• Provide support during site supervision by ensuring compliance with project requirements.
