Job summary

DSP Engineering Services Private Ltd is seeking a Lead MEP QS to oversee quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract administration, variations, and overall project cost control. This leadership role drives accurate commercial management for MEP projects in Bengaluru.

The candidate should hold a UP/UG degree in EEE or Mechanical Engineering and possess strong experience in MEP commercial activities within the construction consulting space.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE in EEE or Mechanical Engineering as UG qualification.
• Lead MEP QS activities including take-offs, BOQ, cost estimation, tender evaluation, contract administration and variations.
• Strong commercial management of MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation for MEP projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and evaluate tenders.
• Manage contracts, variations and cost control to support project delivery.
