Shree Naman Developers is seeking a seasoned MEP Manager to oversee the design, installation, and operation of essential building systems in Mumbai. You will lead coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting, ensuring code compliance and timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering with strong AutoCAD skills and at least 10–12 years in MEP, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Role & responsibilities

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager oversees the design, installation, and operation of a building's essential systems, managing teams, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration, compliance with codes, and project completion on time and within budget, covering HVAC, power, lighting, and plumbing. Key duties include leading MEP coordination, reviewing designs, managing site logistics, resolving technical issues, ensuring quality control, and commissioning systems.

With the increasing scope of work related to design coordination and MEP contracts management, it has become essential to onboard a dedicated professional who can effectively handle the following responsibilities:

• Overall MEP design coordination with consultants and site teams
• Review and finalization of MEP drawings
• Management and administration of MEP contracts
• Coordination with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitoring project timelines, quality, and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1012 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in design coordination and handling MEP contracts for large-scale commercial/residential projects
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and authority approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant project management tools

Having a qualified MEP Manager in place will help streamline coordination, minimize delays, and ensure better control over contract execution and project delivery.
