Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling and management of complex MEP projects. You will coordinate resources, monitor costs and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree and 15–20 years of experience in multi-story or commercial buildings, with prior construction/MEP company exposure. Amaravathi, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh work location.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15-20 years of experience in multi-story/high-rise buildings / commercial buildings.
• Experience from construction/MEP companies is required.
• Candidates should be ready to work in Amaravathi, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and management of MEP projects within budgets; design knowledge.
• Preparation / review of material submittals and design / shop drawings.
• Vendor assessment, bid evaluation, sub contract or selection and procurement of materials.
• Coordinate, manage and optimize resources both material and manpower; monitor, identify, analyze and control all project costs.
• Issuing instruction to Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC engineers and MEP subcontractors to complete work per programme.
• Coordinating meetings with MEP Coordinator and subcontractors to organize work daily to weekly.
• Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals.
• Follow up with various departments within company on project-related matters.
• Ensure project completion within budget and on time.
• Responsible for all contractual issues related to day-to-day project operations.
• Evaluate requirements of all project resources and arrange availability.
• Ensure timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals.

DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE:
