Job summary

Capacite is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer in Mumbai to manage and coordinate MEP works for high-rise construction projects. The role focuses on execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services at the project site.

The candidate should have 7–15 years of experience in high-rise/super high-rise construction, with strong knowledge of MEP execution, coordination, and site management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MEP execution, coordination, and site management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple project teams on high-rise projects.
• Ability to review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor MEP works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Finishing, Planning, and other project teams for smooth execution.
• Supervise installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP services.
• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution is as per approved designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical and site-related requirements.
• Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at site.
• Ensure MEP works are executed within the required quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain required documentation, inspection records, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards and applicable codes and specifications.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects will be preferred.
