Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Quantity Surveyor specializing in Fitouts and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) based in Hyderabad. The role involves responsibilities such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling project costs, conducting cost planning and reporting, and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to deliver accurate financial insights and support successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management, ensuring budgets are maintained and optimised.
• Experience in preparing and managing BOQs, along with a strong understanding of detailed measurements and quantities.
• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to accurately forecast project finances and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with project teams and clients.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices, particularly in Fitouts and MEP.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in similar roles, especially in the construction or consultancy domain, is an advantage.
