M2K India is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to oversee plumbing works per drawings and CPWD/IS code requirements in Gurugram. The role involves reviewing plans, preparing estimates, and ensuring quality and compliance across water systems and drainage.

The candidate will read MEP drawings in AutoCAD, coordinate with Purchase and Planning, and support CPCB NOC processes where needed. Strong field execution and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of residential township plumbing systems including STP, WTP, rain harvesting, RCC water tank and sump tank.
Identification of plumbing materials and specifications as per CPWD norms and IS codes.

Responsibilities

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
Prepare service estimation and read MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
Coordinate service plan, drawings and execution.
Create water calculation charts and hydraulic calculations for water supply, rainwater, sewerage, and DG fumes piping.
Ensure consultant deliverables and conduct quality checks.
Inspect manufactured products at site.

Required Skills :

2. Identification of Plumbing material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.

2. Preparing service estimation and reading MEP drawing in AutoCAD

3. Ensure coordinated service plan, drawings & execution as well

4. Water calculation chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply rain water, sewerage, DG Fume pipe.

5. Ensuring consultant, deliverable along with quality check

6. Manufactured product inspections.

Activities he will Carry out.

1. Day to day Monitoring and execution of plumbing work as per drawing.

2. Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly.

3. Verification of Material received at site as per PO, CPWD norms & IS codes.

4. Prepare periodically MIS of Plumbing activities, Work done, Purchase requisition, Water calculation Chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply

5. To get NOC from quality department for work done & solve/rectify work done as per NC raised by QA/QC department

6. To assist project department in Obtaining CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) NOCs & Approval.

7. Any other work as assigned by Project manager
