Job summary

Smartworld Developers invites an experienced Plumbing MEP lead to oversee end-to-end execution on large-scale residential and commercial projects in Gurugram. You will coordinate layouts, shop drawings, BOQs and submittals, and manage water supply, drainage, storm water, and associated plumbing services.

The role requires strong leadership, site supervision, and collaboration with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Architecture teams, and contractors to ensure quality, safety and compliance

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
• 15-25 years of experience, with significant experience in real estate projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in Plumbing MEP execution for large-scale residential/commercial developments.
• Good knowledge of plumbing design, execution, coordination, procurement and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Plumbing MEP execution across project sites.
• Review and coordinate plumbing layouts, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical submittals.
• Manage systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, rainwater harvesting, pumps, tanks and associated plumbing services.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Architecture, Consultants and Contractors for integrated MEP execution.
• Monitor contractors/subcontractors for quality, progress, safety and adherence to approved drawings/specifications.
• Manage material approvals, procurement, vendor/subcontractor evaluation and technical coordination.
• Ensure execution as per project schedules, approved designs, applicable codes and statutory requirements.
• Resolve site-level technical issues and coordinate with consultants for design clarifications.
• Monitor measurements, variations, project costs and other commercial aspects related to plumbing works.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover of plumbing systems.
