Job summary

Krisumi Corporation Pvt Limited is seeking a senior MEP Design Lead with 13-15 years of experience to drive electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire services design for luxury residential high-rises and commercial projects in Haryana.

The role requires strong design calculations, coordination with architects and consultants, and proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT to ensure timely delivery and adherence to local codes and standards.

Qualifications

• 13–15 years of experience in MEP design for luxury residential high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of local bylaws, codes and regulations.
• Experience coordinating with architects, MEP consultants and structural consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and design coordination independently.
• Perform design calculations for electrical, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, and HVAC.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain cross-team rapport.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

B tech /BE in mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 13-15 years of experience in Designing /design coordination of Electrical /Plumbing Fire and mechanical services of Luxury residential High rise /Town ship/Commercial projects . Previous experience of working with leading MEP design consultant farm would be an added advantage .

Should have experience of working in an atmosphere where following best engineering practices is a hygiene ,knowing local bylaws and other relevant codes and regulations applicable at various stages .

Strong in design calculations related to Electrical system design , plumbing , drainage , irrigation system , HVAC design principles applicable in residential and commercial projects .

Independently leading the mep design , coordinating with the stake holders , architects , MEP consultants and structure consultants .

Previous experience in design standardisation , Value Engineering , mindset of selection of best material and system suiting to project .

Must be working in AutoCAD /REVIT .

Team player having go getter attitude ,driven by self-motivation who ensures timely delivery as well as keeping good rapport with across the teams .
