Job summary

Vrinda Global is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead design, planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for large infrastructure/transportation projects in India and overseas.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design, review drawings and specs, and ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IEC, and NEC. Strong leadership and client coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of MEP design experience with 5+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & firefighting.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and DIALux/BIM.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure/transportation projects preferred.
• Strong team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review designs, drawings, calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IEC, NEC, and project standards.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and other teams.

• Handle tendering, technical evaluations, and design approvals.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely, quality design delivery.
