Qualifications

• Any one of the listed qualifications will be acceptable.
• B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• ITI/Technical Diploma with relevant HVAC/Electrical/Mech. Pipework experience.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out 2D AutoCAD MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate 2D AutoCAD MEP drawings for Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
• To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines to achieve seamless project coordination.
• Work closely with the project team to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budget and quality standards

The role involves coordinating Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services using AutoCAD while ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements. .

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Carrying out 2D AutoCAD MEP Coordination of various Building Services with relevant codes and regulations rules
• Prepare and coordinate 2D AutoCAD MEP drawings for Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
• To work with the team and deliver the projects within time, budget and quality that is desired
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines to achieve seamless project coordination.
• Work closely with the project team to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budget and quality standards

Qualifications

Any one of the following qualifications will be acceptable -

• Experience should be in MEP Coordination using AutoCAD

Other Skills

• The team member should have independently worked on 3D Revit MEP / 3D AutoCAD Projects
• Ability to communicate well in English will be an added advantage
• Ability to work on Navisworks will be considered a plus
