Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a senior professional for MEP coordination in the Indian real estate/construction sector. You will coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural, landscape, interior, and RCC consultants; drive timely, coordinated drawings; review for quality and constructability; and manage shop drawings and technical docs.

You will support site teams, lead consultant meetings, maintain trackers, and ensure design deliverables meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP coordination within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in drawing reviews, consultant management, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Architectural, Landscape, Interior, and RCC consultants.
• Drive timely issuance of coordinated drawings aligned with project schedules.
• Review drawings for quality, constructability, and value engineering opportunities.
• Manage shop drawings, GFC drawings, DBRs, and technical documentation.
• Support site teams by resolving drawing-related queries and coordination issues.
• Conduct regular consultant meetings, site reviews, and progress follow-ups.
• Maintain project trackers, MIS, task lists, and drawing schedules.
• Ensure seamless communication between consultants, site teams, procurement, estimation, and management.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure design deliverables are achieved on time.
• Continuously improve coordination processes to deliver quality projects efficiently.
