You will coordinate Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP models, identify clashes, and ensure coordinated BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with 10+ years of experience in the construction/engineering industry to lead and manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP models, identifying and resolving clashes, reviewing construction drawings and ensuring accurate and coordinated BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading BIM coordination, coordinating with internal departments, consultants, contractors and project/site teams, and driving projects from design coordination through construction and as-built stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination between Architectural, Civil, Structural, MEP, QS and Project teams.
• Review and coordinate BIM models and construction drawings to ensure design accuracy, constructability and coordination.
• Perform clash detection, clash analysis and resolution using Navisworks Manage and coordinate with respective discipline teams for timely closure.
• Manage and review BIM models up to LOD 500, including construction-stage and as-built requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, modelling procedures and QA/QC workflows.
• Review model quality, naming conventions, model revisions, drawing outputs and BIM documentation.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, QS, Project Managers, Contractors and Site Engineers to resolve design and construction-related coordination issues.
• Conduct and lead BIM coordination meetings, prepare clash/coordination reports and monitor closure of actions.
• Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, model outputs and construction documentation for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper model federation, version control, data management and coordination workflows.
• Support preparation and validation of LOD 400/500 deliverables and as-built BIM models.
• Guide and mentor BIM Engineers/Modelers and ensure timely delivery of assigned BIM activities.
• Identify design conflicts at an early stage and proactively coordinate with relevant departments to minimize rework and site issues.
• Maintain effective communication between design, engineering, BIM and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of overall experience in construction, engineering consultancy or BIM coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Proven experience in a Lead BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead / Senior BIM Coordinator role.
• Strong practical knowledge of LOD 300, LOD 400 and LOD 500 workflows.
• Excellent understanding of Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP drawings and construction methodology.
• Strong experience in clash detection, coordination and issue resolution.
• Should be capable of independently leading BIM activities and coordinating multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 / BIM standards and information management will be an added advantage.
