GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM coordination across design and construction for high-rise projects.

You will develop BEP, manage multidisciplinary models, perform clash detections, ensure alignment with drawings, support 4D/5D planning, and deliver BIM updates and final as-built documentation.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with strong expertise in BIM coordination, Revit, Navisworks, and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing BIM processes, coordinating multidisciplinary models, resolving clashes, and ensuring effective BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement BIM processes across the project from design through construction.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards.
• Manage and coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil BIM models.
• Perform regular clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
• Identify, track, and resolve design and construction coordination issues.
• Review BIM models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, clients, and site execution teams.
• Ensure BIM models are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Support the site team with BIM-based construction coordination and technical solutions.
• Manage BIM deliverables, model updates, revisions, and document control.
• Establish model naming conventions, workflows, standards, and quality‑control procedures.
• Monitor BIM team performance and allocate tasks according to project requirements.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of BIM models and related deliverables.
• Support 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-off, and construction planning where required.
• Maintain BIM data and models throughout the project lifecycle and support final as‑built documentation.
