Job summary

Technical Xperts Group (TXG) invites an experienced BIM Coordinator - Mechanical to join our Chennai delivery team. You will coordinate mechanical BIM models, ensure accuracy, resolve coordination issues, and support the successful delivery of MEP projects on-site.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in Mechanical BIM / MEP coordination, strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, and experience with Navisworks and clash detection.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in Mechanical BIM / MEP coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
• BIM standards and modeling practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Review and manage mechanical models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Identify, review, and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Participate in BIM coordination and design review meetings.
• Review drawings and model deliverables for consistency and accuracy.
• Support BIM Leads and Project teams in meeting project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific requirements.
• Guide BIM Modelers in resolving technical and modeling issues.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator - Mechanical to join our growing BIM delivery team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical BIM models, ensuring model accuracy, resolving coordination issues, and supporting the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
