J&F Projects is seeking an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level to manage BIM modeling from LOD 100 to LOD 300, perform QC, and coordinate with internal teams, clients and consultants for smooth project execution.

The candidate should have strong BIM standards knowledge, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model review processes, with the ability to mentor junior modelers and ensure on-time deliverables across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Architecture is required
• BIM/Revit certification is a plus
• Experience in BIM workflows and coordination processes desired

Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Development from LOD 100 to LOD 300

We are looking for an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level who can handle BIM modeling activities from LOD 100 to LOD 300, perform quality checks (QC), and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants for smooth project execution. The candidate should possess strong knowledge in BIM standards, clash coordination, and multidisciplinary model review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Modeling & Development
• Develop and review BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 based on project requirements
• Ensure modeling accuracy as per client standards and BIM execution plans
• Work on Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination models
• Support project teams in model setup, family creation, and documentation
• Quality Control (QC)
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models, drawings, and deliverables
• Verify model compliance with project standards, naming conventions, and workflows
• Review clash reports and coordinate corrective actions with respective teams
• Ensure timely closure of QC comments and maintain quality records
• Coordination & Project Management
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for BIM deliverables
• Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions
• Track project progress, deliverables, and team performance
• Support project planning and resource allocation activities
• Team Handling
• Guide and mentor junior modelers and engineers
• Ensure team productivity and adherence to timelines
• Provide technical support and training whenever required

Software Skills Required:
