Job summary

Acldigital is seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of SRAM architecture and experience in memory design and characterization. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills and hands-on experience in simulations and characterization tools.

Responsibilities include running timing, power, leakage simulations, and generating Liberty files. Applicants should be well-versed with memory design flows and SPICE simulators.
