RPG Foundation is seeking a high-energy HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition to strengthen our people function in Mumbai. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines, and elevate employer branding while delivering a fast, candidate-centric hiring process.

You will partner with business leads, manage stakeholder relationships, and apply data-driven hiring practices to hire across levels, from early careers to leadership roles.

Formación

• Relevant degree in HR or related field from a reputed institute.
• 5+ years HR experience with Talent Acquisition specialization.
• Exposure to global talent acquisition practices and data-driven hiring.
• Experience hiring across diverse levels and talent segments.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.

We are seeking a professional who can help us attract exceptional talent across levels, from young professionals to senior leadership positions, while ensuring agility, quality, and speed in hiring.

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

• Own end-to-end recruitment across all levels and functions within the Foundation.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to ensure timely hiring closures.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage modern recruitment tools, social media, professional networks, and digital platforms to identify high-quality candidates.
• Partner with vertical leads to understand talent requirements and create effective hiring plans. Enhance candidate experience through proactive engagement and seamless recruitment processes.
• Track and improve key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and quality of hire.
• Build the Foundation's employer brand and position it as an employer of choice within the social impact sector.
• Introduce contemporary hiring practices and global recruitment trends to improve effectiveness and speed.

HR Business Partnering & Operations

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, engagement, and exit management.
• Collaborate on employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
• Assist in performance management, learning and development, and talent management programs.
• Ensure HR documentation, systems, and employee records are maintained accurately.
• Contribute to policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Candidate Specification:

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field from a reputed institute.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong specialization in Talent Acquisition.
• Exposure to global talent acquisition practices, contemporary recruiting technologies, and data-driven hiring approaches.
• Experience hiring across diverse levels, functions, and talent segments.
• Strong networking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High ownership, urgency, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building high-performing teams.
