Job summary

The Job Factory in Bangalore is seeking freshers and experienced candidates for a dynamic US customer support role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients, deliver prompt solutions, and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.

We offer a salary range from 3.2 LPA for freshers up to 6.5 LPA, 5 working days, 2 rotational week offs, cab facility up to 20 KM, attractive night shift allowance, and fast-track career growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications
