The Job Factory in Bangalore is seeking a Customer Representative for an International Voice Process. You will handle inbound calls from US and UK customers, understand needs, and provide timely, effective resolutions with a professional and empathetic approach.

Applicants with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are preferred. Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome. US-shift work and a rotating week-off pattern are part of the role.
