Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Navi Mumbai. The Medical Sales Representative will promote the center’s services and related medical solutions to pediatricians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers, building strong relationships and generating referrals. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, presenting service offerings, providing product and service information, and following up on leads and inquiries. The representative will contribute to sales strategies, participate in marketing activities, and represent KhushKids at relevant events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Sales, including relationship building, consultative selling, and territory management.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain services, address questions, and support healthcare partners and families.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage field visits, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.

Salary Range

Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000 per month plus incentives
