Job summary

BNH Health Science is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote products to healthcare professionals, build relationships, and drive sales growth across Amtala, Rajabazar, and Durgapur.

You will deliver product demonstrations, educate clinicians, monitor territory performance, and generate prescriptions while meeting targets and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: 12/Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in pharmaceutical sales or related field.
• Job Location: Amtala West Bengal, Rajabazar Kolkata & Durgapur.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by promoting products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors, pharmacists, chemists, and stockists.
• Promote products to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits and features.
• Generate prescriptions regularly from HCPs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with doctors through regular visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share in the territory.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory management, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our products to healthcare professionals, specifically highlighting their benefits and features.
• Generate Prescriptions Regularly from (HCPS).
• Sales Targets Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with Doctors through regular visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Reporting regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory management, and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Education: 12/Graduate.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field mandatory.
