Job summary

Incisive Healthcare is seeking a field sales professional to develop business with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions across the territory. You will build relationships with Purchase Managers, Administrators and Pharmacists to identify new accounts and generate orders through presentations and negotiations.

The role involves promoting prescription pharmaceutical products, achieving sales targets, and managing customer visits with daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharma preferred.
• 25 years of Sales/Business Development experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, hospital, or institutional sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and territory travel.
• Hindi & English communication preferred.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence mandatory/preferred.
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday.
