Job summary

Himalaya Wellness Company in Tamil Nadu invites a results-driven Pharma Sales Representative to promote and detail its pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieve sales targets, and ensure coverage across the territory.

The role requires field visits, participation in CME events, monitoring competitor activity, ensuring product availability at chemist counters, and reporting sales performance regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (B.Sc / B.Pharm).
• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the territory.
• Conduct regular field visits, meet doctors as per daily call plan, and ensure effective product coverage.
• Organize and participate in CMEs, doctor meets, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
• Ensure availability of products at chemist counters and maintain coordination with distributors/stockists.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.
• Implement company strategies and marketing campaigns effectively in the assigned area.
