Himalaya Wellness Company is seeking a Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and drive sales in Raipur, India.

The role requires daily visits to doctors, chemists, and hospitals; conducting CMEs and brand activities; using CRM and MS Office; and achieving monthly targets while expanding market presence and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in pharma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with healthcare professionals daily to promote products.
• Visiting chemists and stockists to check stock, collect orders, and process payments.
• Conducting brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctors' meetings, RTMs.
• Implementing promotional strategies per company guidelines.
• Maintaining visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, and institutions to strengthen relationships.
• Participating in product launches per guidelines.
• Ensuring ROI and strong follow-up with stakeholders.
• Exploring new markets and identifying potential customers for business development.

• Meeting with healthcare professionals daily to promote company products.
• Visiting chemists and stockists to check stock availability, collect orders, and process payments.
• Conducting and participating in various brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctors’ meetings, RTMs, etc.
• Implementing company promotional strategies and utilizing promotional inputs as per company guidelines.
• Maintaining appropriate visit frequency with all categories of customers, including doctors, hospitals, and institutions, to promote products and strengthen professional relationships, thereby enhancing the company’s image.
• Participating in the launch of new products as per company guidelines and strategies.
• Ensuring 100% ROI and maintaining strong business follow-up with stakeholders.
• Exploring new markets and identifying potential customers for business development.
• Achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
