Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell pharmaceutical products to prospective and existing healthcare professionals using solid arguments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with doctors, clinic staff, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Gather feedback on product performance and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide field insights to management.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for your designated territory.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of visits, sales calls, and customer feedback while ensuring full adherence to industry regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc), or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or field marketing is preferred.
