Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking a Medical Representative (Field Officer) to drive field activities across Pune region. You will conduct platform demonstrations at doctor clinics, plan daily visits with 4-6 demos, and regularly engage with doctors and staff to boost platform usage and adoption.

The role requires 2-5 years of field pharma/healthcare experience, a graduate/postgraduate degree in Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Business Management, and a willingness to travel by two-wheeler in the assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Business Management.
• 2-5 years of field experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Research industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct platform demonstrations and handholding sessions at doctor clinics.
• Plan daily visits and 4-6 demos per day depending on territory size.
• Regularly follow up with doctors and clinic staff to improve platform usage and engagement.
• Maintain and update customer database with demo status, registration details, and usage frequency.
• Train clinic staff (assistants, receptionists) on platform usage.
• Track competitor activities and report insights.
• Support online team by identifying and targeting the right customer segments.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners for field data collection and validation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of field-level data as per project requirements.
• Support the execution of survey and research initiatives in assigned geography.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
