Job summary

NW Aesthetics is seeking a driven Medical Representative to expand our presence across Mumbai. You will build relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics while promoting premium injectables and devices such as NucleoSkin, Pink Booster, and MShape.

You will manage clinic visits, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth. A science/pharmacy background with 1–6 years of field sales and strong communication skills will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred); MBA is a plus.
• 1-6 years of field sales experience in pharma, dermatology, or aesthetics.
• Prior experience with Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Glenmark, or Cipla Derma strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinical audiences.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with high field mobility within Mumbai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and aesthetic clinics across the Mumbai territory on a regular call cycle.
• Drive sales of NucleoSkin, Pink Booster, and other injectable/skinbooster products.
• Support device demonstrations and pilot conversions for capital equipment (e.g., MShape).
• Build and maintain a doctor database with visit frequency tracking.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report activity through CRM.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback.
• Coordinate with clinics on order fulfilment, stock movement, and collections.
• Represent the brand at CMEs, workshops, and clinic-level product trainings.
