Job summary

AdSynergiX in Gurugram (On-site) is seeking a Senior Media Buyer for performance marketing. 2–5 years of experience required. This role focuses strictly on performance media buying, excluding affiliate marketing.

You will independently manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Native platforms, plan and optimize end-to-end, and analyze results to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling large-scale brand budgets.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns independently across Google, Meta, and Native.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization.
• Experience in an agency or performance marketing environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL & CPS campaign structures.
• Ability to manage campaigns ownership end-to-end without constant supervision.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

What you'll do
