Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Maharashtra is seeking a sales professional to develop and grow business across the assigned territory, focusing on Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power and Manufacturing sectors. You will promote bearings, couplings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, and other engineering/MRO products to meet customer needs.

You will understand customer requirements, generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into orders while identifying

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power and Manufacturing industries.
• Promote and sell Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication Systems, Automatic Lubrication Solutions, Power Transmission products and other engineering/MRO products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Identify shutdown, maintenance, replacement and project opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product discussions and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with technical, application and operations teams for order execution.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
