Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service invites an experienced maintenance professional for our foundry operations in Jaipur. The candidate will lead the maintenance department with strategic planning to ensure reliable furnace and sand system operation, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.

Key skills include hands-on maintenance of induction/cupola furnaces, Disamatic and high-pressure moulding machines, hydraulic systems and water treatment plants, plus quick troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in foundry maintenance.
• Knowledge of Disamatic and high-pressure moulding machines.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and water treatment plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance department with strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
